Steinberg Asset Management, LLC ("SAM") manages equity portfolios on behalf of approximately 425 clients who delegate investment management authority to SAM through investment management agreements. The holding of 2.35% of voting rights is held across all client portfolios with no client portfolio holding more than 3% of the voting rights of the company.

Separately, Michael A. Steinberg, who directly and indirectly owns and controls SAM and manages the client portfolios retains, together with family members, economic ownership and voting control of bwin.party digital entertainment plc shares. These shares are listed in the direct category under item 8 and reflect 0.05% of the voting rights.

The combined holding of voting rights held directly by Michael A. Steinberg and indirectly in client portfolios is 2.40%.
