Interim Dividend Declaration

B.P. Marsh & Partners Plc (AIM: BPM), the specialist venture capital investor in early stage financial services businesses, is pleased to declare an interim dividend of 2.68p per share (£1.0m) covering the period from 1st February 2023 to 31st January 2024 (the "Interim Dividend").

The Interim Dividend will be paid on 18th March 2024 to all Shareholders on the Register as at 16th February 2024.

The Company announced on 23rd January 2024 an aspiration to pay further dividends of £4.0m in aggregate for its year ending 31st January 2024 (in addition to the £1.0m special dividend paid to shareholders in November 2023), of which £2.0m is subject to the completion of the Company's anticipated sale of its shareholding in Paladin Holdings Ltd ("Paladin"), which is still awaiting full regulatory consent.

As such, the Board expects to declare a further dividend payment of £1.0m relating to 2024, with a further £2.0m subject to completion of Paladin (£3.0m in aggregate), and will announce further information in this respect at the appropriate time.

It also remains the Board's intention to distribute £2.0m per annum in respect of the subsequent two financial years, increasing to £4.0m per annum subject to the completion of Paladin.
