B. P. Marsh (AIM: BPM), the niche venture capital provider to early stage financial services businesses, announces that Brian Marsh OBE, Executive Chairman of the Company, transferred 177,000 shares held by the Capita BPM Investment Fund, an open-ended investment company, which is independently managed but of which Brian Marsh OBE holds a 95% interest, to his own name on 25 November 2009. 

As a result of the transaction, the beneficial holding of Brian Marsh OBE remains unchanged at 17,298,771 shares in the Company, representing 59.1% of the total issued share capital.
