PDMR and Director Dealings
B.P. Marsh (AIM: BPM), the specialist investor in early-stage financial services businesses, announces that it has been notified that Mr. Nicholas Carter, Non-Executive Director, and Fiona Carter, a Person Closely Associated with Mr. Carter has traded in the ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
The Company has been made aware that Mr. Carter on 19 February 2024 purchased 1,000 Ordinary Shares for 468p per share, or an aggregate cost of £4,680. Additionally his wife, Fiona Carter purchased 1,069 Ordinary Shares for 467.445p per share, or an aggregate cost of £4,996.99. As a result of the transaction, Mr. Carter has a beneficial interest in 35,383 Ordinary Shares (including 6,383 shares owned by his wife Fiona Carter) representing in aggregate 0.1% of the total voting rights of the Company.
