Bodycote plc (the "Company) 15 April 2014 Exercise of Options and Sale of Shares On 14 April 2014, the Company was notified that on 11 April 2014 the followingDirectors* and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities`PDMRs', had exercised share options over ordinary shares of 17 3/11 p each inthe Company ("Ordinary Shares"), under the 2011 Bodycote Investment Plan at anexercise price of £7.6975 per share.
