Bow Street Group (AIM: BOW), the owner and operator of "Wildwood" and "dim t" restaurants, announces that on 22 May 2026, Wendy Dixon, Non-Executive Director, purchased 1,204,819 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") via her SIPP at a price of 0.348p per share.
