US$2.15 million Contract win
Enfis, a provider of intelligent high-power light emitting diode (LED) arrays and smart light engines, is pleased to announce that it has signed a significant revenue generating contract.
Under the terms of agreement, Enfis will supply self-calibrating high CRI light engines enabling operating theatre lighting units to provide tuneable white light for the surgical team in theatre. Up to eight white light colour temperature settings can be utilised to gain maximum clarity, depending on the type of surgery being performed. This contract demonstrates one of the positive uptakes by the market of Enfis' intelligent high-power LED engines.
Commenting on the contract win, Shaun Oxenham, CEO of Enfis, added,
"Operating theatre lighting specifications are the most demanding white light application in the lighting industry to achieve. Our light engines have been chosen for this application by C-THME because of the quality and tuneability of the light delivered by the Enfis light engine. This significant contract win demonstrates further momentum in applications using Enfis' technology. This is the first volume contract won by our newly established Shanghai office, which is proving to be very valuable. With momentum building in our markets, we view the future with confidence."
