Enfis, a leader in the design, development and manufacture of intelligent high power light emitting diode (LED) arrays and smart light engines, announces that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held at the Company's offices, Technium 2, Kings Road, Swansea, SA1 8PJ on Friday 24 July 2009 at 1.00 p.m.
