Grant of Options
The Company announces that Colin Hargrave, Non-Executive Director, was yesterday granted 10,000 share options with an exercise price of 38 pence per share, based on the mid market share price at close of business on Friday 2 August 2013. These options are capable of being exercised during the period starting on the 05 August 2016 and expiring on the 05 August 2023. As a result, Colin Hargrave is now interested in 100,000 share options over Ordinary Shares in the Company.
In addition, Colin Hargrave has a beneficial interest in 36,773 Ordinary Shares in the Company, being approximately 0.39 per cent of the total issued share capital.
As at the date of this announcement and inclusive of the above, there are 1,217,758 options over Ordinary Shares in the Company.
