Exercise of Options / Director Holdings
The Company announces that Colin Hargrave, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has today exercised options over 10,000 new ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company under the terms of the Unapproved Share Option Scheme.
Pursuant to the exercise of options Mr. Hargrave has a total beneficial holding of 136,519 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.35 per cent of the enlarged issued share capital of the Company.
