Director and Person Discharging Managerial 

Responsibility ("PDMR") Shareholding

The Company was advised on 26 June 2008 that the wife of Steven Posford, a Director of the Company, has on the 26 June 2008 purchased on market 25,000 shares in the Company at 88p per share. This brings Steven Posford's holdings in the Company to 26,695,000 shares equal to 13.74% of the Company's issued share capital which currently stands at 194,344,170 shares.
