Notification of Transactions of a Director/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons

Henry Boot PLC ('the Company') has been advised by Mr. John Sutcliffe, Group Finance Director of Henry Boot PLC, that today, his spouse, Mrs. Adele Sutcliffe sold 5,000 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the share capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a sale price of 202.225 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Mr. Sutcliffe has a total beneficial interest in 430,001 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.328% of the issued share capital of the Company.
