Blocklisting Application

An application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the UK Listing Authority for the blocklisting of 1,030,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Official List. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the Group's existing Ordinary Shares.

It is expected that the blocklisting will become effective on Friday 24 January 2014.

The new Ordinary Shares will be issued from time to time pursuant to the exercise of share options under the terms of The Henry Boot PLC 2010 Sharesave Plan and The Henry Boot PLC 2010 Approved Company Share Option Plan.
