2014 Annual Report and Financial Statements ('the Annual Report')
and Notice of Annual General Meeting
The Company announced its Preliminary Results on 26 March 2015 in accordance with the financial reporting obligations of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
The Annual Report, Notice of Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 21 May 2015 and related Form of Proxy are being mailed today to those shareholders on the register who have elected to continue to receive paper copies of shareholder communications. In addition, these documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism (NSM) and will shortly be available for inspection at www.Morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
The Annual Report and information relating to the voting rights of shareholders (as required by section 311A of the Companies Act 2006) is available to view on the Company's website, www.henryboot.co.uk.
A factsheet providing a brief overview of the Company has also been made available today on the website and can be found within the 'About Us' section.
