Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

The Company has today been advised of the following transaction in the ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') by Mrs. Sally Reis, wife of Mr. John Reis, Non-executive Chairman, which has taken place today in Tunbridge Wells: 

Mrs. Sally Reis transferred by way of gift, 254,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 127 pence per share, to a new family trust of which Mr. & Mrs. Reis's children and grandchildren will be the primary beneficiaries. The shares are registered in the joint names of Mrs. Sally Reis, Mr. John Reis, Mr. Peter Scott and Mr. James Sykes.

This transaction has the effect of decreasing Mr. Reis' beneficial interest by 254,000 Ordinary Shares to 6,392,185 Ordinary Shares and increasing his non-beneficial interest by 254,000 Ordinary Shares to 21,169,430 Ordinary Shares. The transaction also has the effect of increasing the non beneficial interest of James Sykes, a non independent Non Executive Director and Trustee of various Trusts, by 254,000 Ordinary Shares to 20,966,000 Ordinary Shares.
