Update on Subscription

Further to its announcement on 14 October 2020 relating, inter alia, to a subscription for new ordinary shares to raise £3.15 million, Audioboom (AIM: BOOM), the leading global podcast company, announces that admission of the 1,400,000 Subscription Shares to trading on AIM will now take place at 8.00 a.m. on 11 November 2020 at which point the subscription will complete. An application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the Subscription Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM on 11 November 2020.

Capitalised terms in this announcement shall have the meanings given to such terms in the announcement issued by the Company dated 14 October 2020 unless otherwise defined herein.
