Boomerang Plus plc (AIM: BOOM), a profitable media investment group, announces that it will be holding its Annual General Meeting at 12 p.m. on 19 January 2012 at the Copthorne Hotel Cardiff, Copthorne Way, Culverhouse Cross, Cardiff CF5 6DH.
