Director/PDMR Shareholding
Audioboom (AIM: BOOM), the leading global podcast company, announces that on 3 February 2021 Stuart Last, Chief Executive of the Company, purchased 2,747 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 288 pence per ordinary share. Following this purchase, Stuart Last holds 11,069 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.07 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
