Director/PDMR Shareholding
Audioboom (AIM: BOOM), the leading global podcast company, announces that on 21 December 2020, Michael Tobin OBE, non-executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 10,204 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 196 pence per ordinary share. Following this purchase, Michael Tobin holds 290,820 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 1.86 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
The FCA notification in respect of the above, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, is appended below.
