The Company announces that 10,000 new Boomerang ordinary shares of 1pence each (the "New Ordinary Shares") have been issued and allotted upon the exercise of share options.
Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange.
Following the admission to trading of the New Ordinary Shares, Boomerang will have 8,911,231 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in issue.
