Director Appointment

boohoo (AIM: BOO), a leading online fashion group, announces that, further to the announcement on 1 November 2024 of the appointment of Dan Finley as Chief Executive Officer, he is today formally appointed a director of the Company and a member of the Board of Directors.

The following additional information is provided in accordance with paragraph (g) of Schedule Two of the AIM Rules for Companies.

Daniel James Finley (aged 42) holds or has held the following directorships or partnerships in the past five years:

Dan holds 290,806 shares in boohoo.
