Block Listing Application
Boku, the world's leading independent direct carrier billing company, hereby provides notification that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for admission to trading on AIM of a block of 10,000,000 new common shares of $0.0001 each.
These new common shares will be issued from time to time pursuant to the exercise of employee share options under the under the Boku, Inc. 2009 Equity Incentive Plan.
On exercise the shares will be issued credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu with the existing common shares in issue.
It is expected that such admission will become effective on 18 January 2018.
