Bunzl plc - Final dividend for the year ended 31 December 2018
Further to today's announcement of its annual results for the year ended 31 December 2018, Bunzl plc (the "Company") confirms that, subject to approval by shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting, the final dividend of 35.0p per ordinary share will be paid on 1 July 2019 to those members on the Company's register at the close of business on 24 May 2019. The ex-dividend date will be 23 May 2019.
The Company also operates a dividend reinvestment plan ("DRP"). The latest date for receipt of DRP elections is 5.00 p.m. (UK time) on 10 June 2019.
