Bunzl plc - Final dividend for the year ended 31 December 2017

Further to the announcement on 26 February 2018 of its annual results for the year ended 31 December 2017, Bunzl plc (the "Company") confirms that, subject to approval by shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting, a final dividend of 32.0p per ordinary share will be paid on 2 July 2018 to those members on the Company's register at the close of business on 25 May 2018. The ex-dividend date will be 24 May 2018.

The Company also operates a dividend reinvestment plan ("DRP"). The latest date for receipt of DRP elections is 5.00 p.m. (UK time) on 11 June 2018.
