Bunzl plc - Final dividend for the year ended 31 December 2016

Further to the announcement on 27 February 2017 of its annual results for the year ended 31 December 2016, Bunzl plc (the "Company") confirms that, subject to approval by shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting, the final dividend of 29.0p per ordinary share will be paid on 3 July 2017 to those members on the Company's register at the close of business on 26 May 2017. The ex-dividend date will be 25 May 2017.

The Company also operates a dividend reinvestment plan ("DRP"). The latest date for receipt of DRP elections is 5.00 p.m. (UK time) on 12 June 2017.
