Notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them
Bunzl plc (the "Company") hereby notifies the market that, on 23 November 2016, 1,000 ordinary shares of 32 1/7 pence each in the Company ("Shares") previously held in a nominee account with Chase Nominees Limited on behalf of Brian May were transferred into his own name for nil consideration and, on the same date, 104,240 Shares previously held in a nominee account with Chase Nominees Limited on behalf of Emma May were transferred into her own name for nil consideration. Following the transactions, the beneficial interest of Brian May and his persons closely associated with him remains unchanged at 105,240 Shares.
