Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority ("UKLA") and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 75,000 Ordinary Shares of 32 1/7 pence each in the capital of Bunzl plc (the "Company") to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List. The shares shall rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company.
Shares from this application will be issued to satisfy 65,000 options granted pursuant to the Bunzl plc International Sharesave Plan and 10,000 options granted pursuant to the Bunzl Irish Sharesave Plan.
Admission of the shares is expected to take place on 10 December 2020.
