Bunzl Regulatory News (BNZL)

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority (FCA) and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing totalling 100,000 ordinary shares of 32 1/7 pence each in the capital of Bunzl plc to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List. The shares shall rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company.

Admission of the shares is expected on 5 November 2015.

Shares from this application will be issued to satisfy 10,000 options granted pursuant to the Irish Sharesave Plan, 30,000 options granted pursuant to the Sharesave Scheme (2011) and 60,000 options granted pursuant to the International Sharesave Plan.
