BNN Technology plc ("BNN" or the "Company"), a Chinese technology, content and services company, announces that, further to the disclosure in Note 8 of the 2015 Annual Report & Accounts, it has cancelled the 2,321,300 ordinary shares of £0.10 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") that were returned to the Company by the sellers of Woying,
Total Voting Rights
Following the cancellation, BNN will have 205,272,707 Ordinary Shares in issue. BNN holds no Ordinary Shares in treasury. This figure, therefore, of 205,272,707 may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of BNN under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.
