Banco Santander, S.A. hereby announces that, in accordance with the resolution approved by the General Shareholders' Meeting held today, on 2 May 2019 it will pay a fourth dividend from 2018 profit, for a gross amount of EUR 0.065 per share. The last day to trade shares with a right to receive this dividend will be Friday, 26 April. The ex-dividend date will be Monday, 29 April.
