2017 Annual Report Publication Update
Bluebird Merchant Ventures (EPIC: BMV), the Asian focused resource development group, announces that the publication of the 2017 Annual Report & Accounts will be delayed for a short period. This is due to delays in communication between the respective auditors in the Philippines and London and national holidays in the Philippines.
Despite this being a minor administrative issue, the Directors, in accordance with the Listing Rules have voluntarily requested to suspend the listing of the shares until the publication of the Annual Report & Accounts.
The Directors look forward to updating the market in the near future.
