Bluebird Merchant Ventures (EPIC: BMV), the Korean focused gold development group is pleased to announce that its Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held at 10:30am on 31 December 2021. 

The resolutions put to shareholders were as follows:

Resolution 1: To receive and consider the interim financial statements for the period ended 31 December 2020. 

Resolution 2: To re-appoint PKF Littlejohn LLP as auditors.

Resolution 3: To authorise the Directors to determine the auditors remuneration.

Resolution 4: To re-appoint Mr Charles Barclay as a director. 

All resolutions were duly passed.
