Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the total number of ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company in issue as at 3 May 2016 is 30,116,305 with each share carrying the right to one vote. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
