Braemar Seascope Group PLC10 January 2007 For immediate release 10 January 2007 Braemar Seascope Group PLC ("the Group") Appointment of executive directors The Board of Braemar Seascope Group PLC is pleased to announce the appointmentQuentin Soanes and Denis Petropoulos as executive directors with immediateeffect. Denis Petropoulos has responsibility for the Group's tanker charteringactivities, encompassing deep-sea crude and clean product, gas, chemicals andspecialised tanker chartering. He has worked in tanker chartering all hisprofessional life and was a founding director of Braemar Tankers Limited whichwas acquired by Braemar Seascope in 2001. He also becomes joint managingdirector of Braemar Seascope Limited, the Group's principal shipbrokingsubsidiary. Quentin Soanes has responsibility for business development in the Group. He isalso Chairman of the Group's wholly-owned subsidiaries, Cory Brothers ShippingAgency Limited and DV Howells Limited. He has worked as a sale and purchaseshipbroker for most of his professional life and was a founding director ofBraemar Shipbrokers Limited, which merged with Seascope Shipping Holdings PLC in2001 to form Braemar Seascope Group PLC. He is joint managing director ofBraemar Seascope Limited. The Group has also made appointments in its shipbroking division with SebastianDavenport-Thomas becoming head of Sale and Purchase and Chris Batt the head ofChemical chartering.
