Braemar, a leading international Shipbroker and provider of expert advice in shipping investment, chartering and risk management announces that on 3 August 2022 and 24 August 2022, ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") were allotted to certain employees of Braemar, including two persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") of the Company, as follows:

The allotment of the Ordinary Shares occurred on 3 August 2022 and 24 August 2022 following the exercise of options under the Company's Save as You Earn scheme ("SAYE") on 1 August 2022 by Sebastian Davenport-Thomas and on 16 August by Nick Stone. Under the terms of the SAYE, the exercise price for the options was £1.60 per Ordinary Share, and the new Ordinary Shares were issued under the Company's existing block listing arrangements.

The notifications set out below are provided in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, which is part of UK law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
