Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the total number of ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company in issue as at 30 December 2022 is 32,599,236, with each share carrying the right to one vote. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.

The above figure of 32,599,236 may therefore be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

As announced by the Company on 22 December, application has been made for an additional 37,636 ordinary shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on London Stock Exchange's Main Market for listed securities, and admission is expected to occur on 5 January 2023, following which the Company's total number of ordinary shares will be 32,636,872.
