Braemar Shipping Services PLC07 April 2008 Braemar Shipping Services plc (the "Company") Dealing by Director The Company was informed on Friday 4 April 2008 that Alan Marsh, ChiefExecutive, on 03 April 2008 sold 500,000 ordinary shares to his wife, forreasons of tax planning, at a price of 434p. Accordingly, Mr Marsh remains beneficially interested in 1,170,002 ordinaryshares, representing 5.59 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of theCompany. The Company has also been informed that Denis Petropoulos, an Executive Directorof the Company on 4 April 2008 sold 23,100 ordinary shares into his pension fundat a price of 430p to his pension fund. Accordingly, Mr Petropoulos remains beneficially interested in 568,191 ordinaryshares, representing 2.76 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of theCompany. Finally, the Company has also been informed that Quentin Soanes, an ExecutiveDirector of the Company sold 36,000 ordinary shares into his pension fund at aprice of 430.875p. to his pension fund on 4 April 2008.
