Braemar Shipping Services PLC04 December 2007 4 December 2007 Braemar Shipping Services Plc (the "Company") Additional Listing The Company announces that application has been made to the UK Listing Authorityfor 947 new ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company to beadmitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on theLondon Stock Exchange's market for listed securities. The shares have beenissued pursuant to the exercise of share options under Braemar Shipping ServicesPLC 2003 Savings Related Share option scheme and were purchased at a price of199 pence per share. It is expected that admission will take place and dealingswill commence in such new ordinary shares on the 5 December 2007. Followingthis there will be 20,583,352 ordinary shares in issue.
