Braemar Seascope Group PLC06 May 2005 Braemar Seascope Group plc ("the Company") - Additional Listing - The Company has been notified today that an employee has acquired 452 ordinaryshares of 10p each as the result of the exercise of a SAYE option at a price of199 pence per share. Application will be made to the UK Listing Authority for admission of theseadditional 452 ordinary shares to the Official List and to the London StockExchange for admission to trading, with effect from 16 May 2005.
