The product TC-2000 will interface to a range of headsets manufactured by majorheadset manufacturers and can be retrofitted to existing headsets in the field.TC-2000 is an acoustic shock attenuator and daily average exposure limiter withvoice enhancement to protect operators of call centres and centralised operationservices. OurTC-2000 product allows us to offer the same technology and user protection tocustomers who prefer to use headsets from other manufacturers, or wish tocontinue using their existing headsets. Once again, I'm very pleased withdelivery of technology by the Tecteon team on such a quick turn around. TheTC-2000 was shown for the first time at NEC - Call Center Expo on 28th & 29thSept 2005 and it has already generated a significant amount of interest in thismarket". Amir Nooral, CEO of Tecteon PLC, commented: "While the voice quality features of TC-2000 are the same as TC-1000, theproduct specification of TC-2000 presented us with a significant challenge ofinteroperability. TC-2000 is capable of interfacing to a range of consols andheadsets from different manufacturers, while maintaining high standard of voicequality and user protection. I am very pleased with the performance of theengineering teams to meet these major challenges in such a short period of time.I would also like to thank the team at Clement Clarke for their engineering andmarketing input to ensure a successful outcome.
