Progress Update
The Directors are pleased to announce that the audited results for the year ended 30 June 2014 are expected to be released by 14 April 2015.
In addition, they expect to announce the interim results for the six months ended 31 December 2014 shortly thereafter.
Following publication of both sets of financial results, the Company's financial position will have been clarified and the Directors anticipate that the suspension of the trading of the Company's shares on AIM will be lifted.
Finally, in light of the waiving of their rights to warrants and options held by the Settlement Parties as part of the Settlement Agreement, as announced and defined on 19 February 2015, Horacio Furman, Director, and Mark Wainwright, Director, yesterday both sacrificed their options to subscribe for BMR shares. As the Directors have cancelled the remaining options in the Company, there are now no outstanding warrants or options in the Company.
