Tecteon PLC13 February 2008 TECTEON PLC Doc re General Meeting Further to the announcement made on 9 November 2007, Tecteon PLC ("Tecteon" or"the Company") announces that it has despatched to shareholders a notice ofgeneral meeting which is being convened to approve the new joint venture for thefinancing and off take of copper, zinc and lead for onward sale. Tecteon will beentitled to share in 60% of the profits from the joint venture's tradingactivities.
