Extension of Jubilee joint venture deadline
This announcement contains inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of Regulation 596/2014.
In light of the pending appeal by BMR against the cancellation of its mining right in respect of its Kabwe operation, BMR and Jubilee Metals Group PLC have agreed to extend the deadline for formalisation of their joint venture, as announced on 23 October 2017, from 28 February 2018 until 31 March 2018.
Preparation of the Company's appeal against the notice of cancellation is continuing well and the formal appeal continues to be expected to be submitted by no later than 2 March 2018.
