DIRECTOR'S DEALINGS

Berkeley Mineral Resources Plc, announces that it has been informed that Masoud Alikhani, a Director of the Company, purchased ordinary shares in the Company on Tuesday 18 December 2012.

Mr Masoud Alikhani purchased 700,000 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 2.80 pence. Following this transaction, Mr Alikhani will hold a total of 22,695,958 shares in BMR representing 2.10% of the Company's issued share capital.
