Cancellation of Share Premium Account
BMO Managed Portfolio Trust PLC (the "Company") announces that, following the approval by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 30 September 2021, the Court process to create a special reserve by way of cancelling the entire amount standing to the credit of the Company's share premium account as described in the Company's Notice of Annual General Meeting (which is located on the Company's website www.bmomanagedportfolio.com) has commenced. The Court of Session, having considered the Company's unopposed motion on 8 March 2022, has ordered that the Company advertise its petition and seek answers thereto. Following that advertisement and the fixing of the date for the final hearing, the Company will announce the expected timetable for cancellation of its share premium account by way of reduction of that part of the Company's share capital.
