Information about major holdings
In the context of articles 8, 9 and 14 of the Luxembourg law of 11 January 2008 on transparency requirements for issuers whose securities have been admitted to trading on a regulated market, as amended (the "Luxembourg Transparency Law") the Issuer hereby makes public its major shareholdings structure as well as the total number of voting rights and capital as of 17 June 2014, the date on which the Issuer's shares were admitted to trading on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange plc (the "Admission to Trading").

The following table sets forth certain information with respect to shareholders holding 5 per cent or more of the voting rights as of the date of the Admission to Trading.

The total number of voting rights as of the date of the Admission to Trading were 1,000,000,000, each voting right corresponding to one share.
Furthermore, as of the date of the Admission to Trading the total nominal capital of the Issuer was GBP 100,000,000.
