Total Voting Rights - Correction

On 1 April 2025, B&M European Value Retail S.A. ("the Company") announced the issued share capital and voting rights of the Company by RNS Number 1647D.  This announcement corrects the position previously notified in RNS number 1647D.

In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, B&M European Value Retail S.A. (the "Company") confirms that as at 31 March 2025, the issued share capital and voting rights of the Company are as follows.

The Company's issued share capital consists of 1,003,821,871 (one billion three million eight hundred and twenty-one thousand eight hundred and seventy-one) ordinary shares of 10 pence each with voting rights of one vote per share. There are no shares held by the Company in treasury.

However, as outlined in the Article 11 Report section of the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2024, voting rights are suspended for those shares which have not been dematerialised by their owners. As at today's date, voting rights attaching to 8,459 (eight thousand four hundred and fifty-nine) shares in aggregate are suspended and the total number of voting rights in the Company as at 31 March 2025 is therefore 1,003,813,412 (one billion three million eight hundred and thirteen thousand four hundred and twelve).

Shareholders should still use the total number of shares in issue of 1,003,821,871 as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest or a change to their interest in the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
