Director's Shareholding
The Company has been notified that Mike Goddard, Chairman of the Company, today purchased 40,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 121.25p per share.
Following this transaction Mike Goddard holds 7,763,922 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 26.68% of total issued share capital and voting rights of the company.

In July 2015 Belvoir acquired Newton Fallowell Ltd, a network of 30 franchised and one corporate estate and lettings agencies and in October Belvoir agreed to buy Goodchilds Estate Agents and Lettings Limited, a network of 16 property sales and lettings branches located across the West Midlands. The Company is now committed to developing a multi-brand franchising strategy. Across the networks, the Group operates through 211 outlets.
