The Company has been notified that Mark Newton, Executive Director of the Company, gifted 250,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his wife, Rachael Newton, for nil consideration.
Following this transaction Mark Newton remains beneficially interested in 435,507 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.17% of total issued share capital and voting rights of the company.
