Total Voting Rights
For the purposes of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company advises that the total number of shares in issue and total voting rights as at the date of this notice is 4,049,249,518.
The Company does not hold any shares in treasury and, therefore, the above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company.
The Company notes that in its announcement of 11 September 2020, the number of total voting rights was incorrectly stated as 4,049,299,518.
